The ones who left us alone

With legendary musicians- Mehdi Hassan, Pandit Ravi Shankar, actors- Rajesh Khanna, Dara Singh, AK Hangal, Joy Mukerjee, filmmaker Yash Chopra and ace comedian Jaspal Bhatti transcending to heaven, the world of arts and entertainment was left bereaved. Hindi Cinema lost its first superstar Rajesh Khanna and actor-wrestler Dara Singh to prolonged illness, while Hangal succumbed to old age. Yash Chopra breathed his last after contracting dengue, a few days after celebrating his 80th birthday.
